Health Disparities are the disproportionate incidence of disease, disability and death among a particular population or group when compared to the proportion of their population. Historically, this term has referred to racial and ethnic populations. This webinar explored health disparities and how they can be addressed by primary care practices.  Angela C. Dawson, MS, MRC, LPCC, Executive Director of the Ohio Commission on Minority Health, served as the presenter.
